We provide adult partial care and intensive outpatient programs that are dedicated to your personal growth and empowerment.
Our Offering
Whether challenged with Mental Illness, Substance Abuse or Co-occurring disorders The Center offers a wide array of therapeutic, educational and social services that provide individualized treatment toward recovery and wellness management. These services are designed to orient our clients toward empowerment, optimism and independence.
The day program of Partial Care is Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM until 3:30 PM (breakfast is at 9:00). Transportation is provided by The Center for most locations. The day program also provides breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack.
The daytime Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program takes place on Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Participation is any 3 or 4 days a week. Local transportation is available upon request.
Eligibility
The Center accepts individuals who meet the following admission criteria:
- are at least 18 years of age
- Have substance abuse and/or mental health issues that require a structured treatment program
- Are medically stable
- Are willing to attend the treatment program on a regular basis
- Have the ability to pay for services through Medicaid, Aetna, Cigna Magellan, Independence Blue Cross, AmeriHealth, AmeriGroup, Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield, other commercial insurance, private pay or other resources.
